Enrollment of papers:

Start: April 01, 2008
End: May 31, 2008

Those who wish to send proposals for work must do this through email, with the following documents attached:

  1. Eletronic text of the paper,
  2. Enrollment form duly filled out (soon in English);
  3. Check or copy of the deposit slip.


Free Communications:
The proposals for free communications will be evaluated by the Scientific Board, being therefore selected according to scientific orthodoxy and pertinence to the themes selected for this event and/or to their contribution to Celtic and Germanic studies. The papers can be sent by graduate or post-graduate students, professors and researchers of Medieval and Ancient History and related areas. The time set for each oral presentation is 20 minutes and each enrolled speaker must submit a summary of 200 to 300 words in Times New Roman size 12, simple line space, justified paragraph and three key words.

Posters:
The proposals for posters will be evaluated by the Scientific Board, being therefore selected according to scientific orthodoxy and pertinence to the themes selected for this event and/or to their contribution to Celtic and Germanic studies. The posters can be sent by graduate or post-graduate students, professors and researchers of Medieval and Ancient History and related areas. Those interested in this kind of exposition. Should submit a summary of 200 to 300 words in Times New Roman size 12, simple line space, justified paragraph and three key words.

            Those interested in presenting communications and posters will only pay the enrollment fee for the communication.

The posters will stay in exposition during all the days of the event, and on July 11th there will be a period of time the authors will be available to the public and to their peers to explain their works in detail and clear any doubts which could arise.
           
NOTE: The enrolled proposals for work (communications and/or posters) that is rejected by the Scientific Board will automatically become an enrollment for audience. In no circumstances shall the enrollment fee be refunded for any category.

NOTE: Students and teachers from the Public Schols Network must present document attesting this condition to obtain discont on enrollment fees.
